back to you
We believe that wellness includes many different areas of one’s health. At Vanguard Wellness we offer a variety of services that we feel will add to our clients overall well-being. From ketamine enhanced psychotherapy to pension assessments to talk therapy, we want to provide a combination of resources that we know will help.
Ketamine-enhanced psychotherapy can be a powerful tool for people struggling with PTSD, depression and/or anxiety. We are partnered with leaders in the field of psychedelic therapy to bring research-backed, medically approved, treatment protocols that have the potential to change your life.
Kinesiologists use the latest evidence-based research to treat and prevent injury and disease. Kinesiologists incorporate strength, balance, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility to assist people in restoring function, and reducing pain associated with physical dysfunctions
If you have a physical pension (ie: knee derangement or generative disc disease) you may have eligibility for this service.
Mental Health Support
Our mental health professionals offer an array of services based in traditional “talk-therapy”. Depending on your individual preferences and requirements we will connect you with a professional who best suits your needs
Mental health therapists employ a talk-therapy approach with clients in order to establish rapport for the purpose of working toward improvement in quality of life, relationship satisfaction, healthy and rewarding functioning in work, home and play, general health and well-being.
With our large network of healthcare professionals and military veterans, we are able to connect our clients with others who understand their journey.
With the help of a social worker or psychologist, we will host virtual group therapy to use as a tool to connect with others who may be going through similar experiences.
Dietitians are able to provide expert nutrition and diet advice for people of all ages. They can help if you have a food allergy, high cholesterol, diabetes, cancer or gastrointestinal diseases, or if you are overweight or underweight. These services may be covered by Veterans Affairs depending on your awarded or pensioned conditions.
No Pension? No Problem!
